Ole Hoyer is the CEO and Founder of 1 Change. Over the past 14 years, he has devoted most of his time to train and coach a large number of Executives, Leaders and Talents around the World. Ole is a global citizen – has lived in New York, San Francisco, London, Zurich, Copenhagen and is currently residing in Lisbon.

In the past 17 years, he has been inspired and guided by several spiritual teachers and mentors including Radhanath Swami, HH 17th Karmapa Trinley Thaye Dorje, David Deida, Anthony Robbins, and Soleira Green.

Ole’s purpose is to inspire people to become their best self, and to practice giving without expecting anything in return. He enjoys meditation, yoga, biking in the mountains, healthy food, and spending quality time with his loved ones.

Ole is passionate and driven by social impact and giving back. In 2011 he Founded Periamma – a non-profit organization that today supports 6500+ children in India, Kenya, Uganda, Thailand, and build sustainable projects in the areas of entrepreneurship, micro-finance, and education.
