1. You will assess your current level of resilience by answering 48 Questions from The Resilience Test
2. Then we recommend you to embark on those 3 journeys with your lowest score.
3. Now it is time to practice your activities under each journey. There will be 6-12 activities to choose from. Each activity lasts 1-2 weeks.
4. Within each activity, you will be inspired by Ted Talks, videos, articles and podcast that will help you to understand more in-depth about the science and wisdom connected to the activity.
5. When you have completed an activity, we will give you points, so you can be inspired to start and complete new exciting activities.
6. You can share your progress in the feed by uploading photos and text with other people that are on the platform. Be aware that the feed is public.
7. If you continuously complete activities, you will start to integrate new healthy and challenging habits in your life, and realize that you over time will build your resilience and capacity in all aspects of your life.
8. On the bottom right on your screen, you can press on the blue/white envelope and ask the 1 Change Team questions about your development and growth. We would also love to get your feedback on how you experience the platform. We will answer you as soon as we can.
